Danish warrior of the 14th century. The armour of this warrior is interesting because of the braconniére or apron and loinguards in trellised work which partly cover the mailed hauberk. The helm is still of the shape of the "Topfhelm" of the Germans, 13th century. From an ecclesiastical bowl in the Museum of Copenhagen.
